Who We Are
Divergent Performance is a training and consulting organization specializing in helping create alignment betweek organizations (particularly in high-risk industries) and Neurodiverse workers to improve quality, reliability, productivity and efficiency.
Co-Founders Noah Cadieux and Randy Cadieux created the company to fill a perceived gap in industry. While many organizations are starting to create Neurodiversity hiring programs, it appears most of them are in the technology space, potentially leaving a gap in industries like oil and gas, mining, electrical utilities and other high-risk industries where human performance is critical. By applying concepts from various communities of practice and experience we believe we are well-positioned to help high-risk industries improve individual and team performance through the onboarding and education process, and creating operational alignment between Neurodiverse workers and organizations.
